Shipping Terms and conditions

Physical Goods, such as (but not limited to) Stickers and Enamel Pins are shipped world wide subject to Royal Mail being able to deliver to your address. If, at the time of shipping, your address is determined to be undeliverable by Royal Mail, we will let you know by email and You will be refunded subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
We will ship to the address as defined by you on our system at the time of Checkout.
Your goods purchased will be mailed via Royal Mail's standard mail service and is not tracked.
Delivery may take up to 3 weeks to reach you depending on the shipping address. Please do not contact us until three weeks has passed since your date of order. Should you not have received your order on or after the 3 week period you can either login and create a support ticket or send us an email to support@nickylaatz.com from your registered email address.
We send out mail on a Monday morning and attempt to send out mail twice per week during busy periods, but this is not guaranteed. Dispatch will therefore not be on the same day as your order.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched and this will also be indicated in your Account on https://nickylaatz.com.
Should you wish to have your goods tracked, we will try to accommodate you as best we can, please e-mail us to make the arrangements with us for the additional shipping fees at support@nickylaatz.com from your registered email address.
